Daryl was fair. Lexus ...not so good. Bought out lease when time was up. paid for it. Got bills from Lex. Fin. asking for next payment with past due interest! Alr Lexus ...not so good. Bought out lease when time was up. paid for it. Got bills from Lex. Fin. asking for next payment with past due interest! Already paid for it!. Paperwork from Sar. Lex never got to Lex Fin. so there goes my credit rating ...and we paid cash. Had to get thru to finance. Phone system wont take calls but keeps repeating same message when you try to call in...over and over...someone is not watching the store down there. We need , and are actively looking for another Lexus. Would you buy from them? Hummmmm??? Leave messages...never get call back. Daryl did. Call in..get transferred. Never talk to real person, some voicemails dont even say who you are leaving messages for? . My time is valuable. Apparently business is good there...they must not need mine. 25 yr Lex owner must mean nothing. At least Cadillac dealers call back. More
