I was looking around for months for a new car, came across many Sales representatives. None of the representatives have been friendly and professional like David April. I took a three hour drive to see across many Sales representatives. None of the representatives have been friendly and professional like David April. I took a three hour drive to see the car they had. I had all my questions answered. I was not pressured in any way to buy the car same day. I went home and ended up going back the next day to buy the car. I recommend Dover Honda to anyone that needed no hassle and friendly dealership. More

Dave was low key, knew his stuff, friendly and very prfessional. Ray who was the Admin, also was very professional, knew just how much to push and listened! Very efficient with lots of paperwork. David April went above and beyond my expectations to make this transaction one of the best experiences I have had in buying a vehicle, I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and will pass his name o this transaction one of the best experiences I have had in buying a vehicle, I would definitely buy another vehicle from him and will pass his name onto anyone I know looking to buy a car. He is a great salesperson who listens to the clients needs and concerns. Now for your business office employee, Crystal, she gave me a tremendous amount of anxiety and was not at all professional, she rushed me through the entire process, and because of that experience I will think twice about another opportunity within your organization. She not only rushed me through purchasing an extended warranty, her professionalism was subpar, I left feeling very overwhelmed and unsatisfied, she needs to think of the client and their decisions with the extended services for purchase and take time to understand and listen to the clients concerns and questions, and not push them out the door with no regard for their feelings, she is in the wrong profession. Honestly I would have given more consideration of other extended purchases of services for my vehicle if she would have explained the options without giving me anxiety with no knowledge of what my money was buying. More
