After a not so great experience at another dealer where I test drove a Subaru Outback I decided just to come straight here. I had been looking during the evening so I came in a bit late. Dave didn't make me test drove a Subaru Outback I decided just to come straight here. I had been looking during the evening so I came in a bit late. Dave didn't make me feel rushed, but didn't pressure me. I just told him what I wanted (Certified Pre-Owned Outback Limited) and he found a 2023 I liked, we drove it, I bought it. Super simple and hassle free. My new Outback will only be coming here for anything I need. More

Dave Bailey gave me exceptional service when I came into the Subaru Dealership of Jacksonville. He showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with us and is the Subaru Dealership of Jacksonville. He showed me all the features of the car and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with us and is very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Dave made sure I was comfortable with driving the car, a Subaru Forrester. He took me out for test drives where I could get comfortable with all the controls. He made sure that I got the color of car I liked best. I would recommend him and the Suburu dealership as a whole, here in Jacksonville! More
