If I could give them no stars I would. Sales department was dismissive, rude, judgmental when buying my car. Then two months after I bought it, my 2025 car had a complete malfunction of th Sales department was dismissive, rude, judgmental when buying my car. Then two months after I bought it, my 2025 car had a complete malfunction of the body control module. My car has now been in for service FIVE TIMES! The service department is completely dismissive and lacks any sort of quality customer service. Loaner cars are DIRTY with chewed off finger nails. I was made to bring loaner cars back because of mileage constraints (odometer can’t go over 2000 miles) because my car was there in service for 2 months!! And then the next car I got WAS OVER the mileage limit I was told was a requirement for their loaner cars. I got my car back after 2 months and the dealer didn’t even bother to give it a wash or anything. I spoke with Josh Elkins service manager and he told me to call him if I had any more issues with vehicle. I ran into an issue the next day! I called Josh and he was indifferent, he told me to call roadside assistance and that bringing me a loaner is not something they will do and his workers could come and pick me up so I didn’t have to ride with tow truck “but that’s not something they are going to want to do” were his exact words. I have never had worse customer service from a dealership EVER! My car is now in service for the FIFTH time and I was now told there are no loaner vehicles for me since they are all out to customers waiting on “extended parts” meaning that their whole fleet of loaners are with customers probably ALSO waiting MANY months for their cars to be repaired. I cannot warn you enough to STAY AWAY from this dealership. Take it from me if you care about how you are treated at a dealer or plan to take your car back for service at the dealer, go elsewhere. More

If your car is being serviced and you don't have any other means of transportation to go anywhere while waiting for your car, you must wait in their waiting area, which is very uncomfortable, especially other means of transportation to go anywhere while waiting for your car, you must wait in their waiting area, which is very uncomfortable, especially for a person with disabilities. The chairs are hard, there's only 1 area in the corner to charge your phone or other devices, and you're not allowed to change the TV channels or even turn the TV off. You must bring your own means of entertainment and a pillow to sit on, which is what I did. Many years ago, I once owned a Ford. Their customer waiting area is customer friendly, comfortable & entertaining. Please improve your customer waiting area. More
