Vibration in engine and car when RPMs drop to around 1200 I brought the vehicle in based on an in car evaluation by one of your asst service managers. He called me to tell me to set up a service appt as he had found some info to correct the problem. On 3/21/18 I brought my car in. The rep that handled the service came to me and said your "experienced" tech could not duplicate the problem. They stated the car is performing properly. I left not at all pleased with DeNooyer. The car still does the same noticeable vibration when the tach reaches arnd 1200 either accelerating or decelerating. So I have no confidence in having my vehicle serviced by Denooyer. More

Hands down the best salesman they have. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe CPO a few years ago from Dave and I've been to many many dealerships in the area where the salesman have been slimey lo I purchased a 2012 Chevy Tahoe CPO a few years ago from Dave and I've been to many many dealerships in the area where the salesman have been slimey look down upon you if your not mortgaging your house for a vehicle even here at denooyer I ran into a few salesman like that but not Dave. This guy actually cared about what I was looking for was very respectful of what I could spend he never once tried to brush me off because it wasn't the biggest sale he never once tried to take my keys and keep them this guy is a class act. Even after I bought the truck I had a ew issues and he took care of them right away without complaining or trying to pass the buck on to me. It's been a few years since I bought the truck but if he is still treating people the way he treated me I'll be back at denooyer and you won't be disappointed either. More
