I rated 4 stars on PRICE and CUSTOMER SERVICE and 5 stars on QUALITY OF WORK and FRIENDLINESS. They couldn't quite get me to the price I wanted, but they got me real close; enough for me to agree on the purchase. I arrived at 1 PM and by 2:30 we had a deal but they couldn't get everything ready for me until shortly after 6 (and I picked up on the following day per my request). It was a slow process. I quickly found out that on the last day of the month there are some good deals but everyone else already knows this and Denooyers was really busy. So there is a trade off of time for savings there. While I was waiting Dave was super friendly offering me places to eat and things to do while I wait. Thanks DeNooyer! I love the new truck and I'll be back! More
