Cadillac’s Accessories portal is exceptional when it comes to quickly and easily finding OEM additions for your vehicle. However, as with any website, errors are possible due to the number of complex variables involved. It was our pleasure to try to retrofit the part for you, but there are limitations to what the dealership can do if necessary underlying wiring and technology are different. As this was the case with your part, our manager was happy to help initiate the return process promptly. We appreciate your business and hope you have a great start to the week.
