Elena handled my initial inquiry and introduced me to Dave who was then my primary contact. On both visits to the dealership prior to picking up the car, I had very productive conversations with Dave in order to figure out whether the Impreza was best for me. Dave was extremely thorough and I appreciated his thoughtful attention to detail in showing me the car and its features. Dave worked fairly with me to negotiate an deal that was good for my budget while respecting my timeline for when I was ready to make a decision. I was also really impressed with how proudly Garavel displays its dedication to community projects and human rights within the dealership - seeing a blue and yellow "equal" sign on two doors was a pleasant surprise! Dave is an admirable salesman he took his time from 10am to late 7pm and my wife and I walked out with two cars. I was very happy, I got what I wanted and so did she.
