Went to several Honda dealerships and not one compares to DCH Kay Honda. They valued my presence, took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. Mark K, Ruben A, Scott W, and David R made the whole experience worth while. To be honest, it felt like I was having a good old conversation with a bunch of friends. Even though there were no cars in the showroom, they are withholding the rules for social distancing. The dealership felt clean, tables that are spread out through the floor and hand sanitizers all over the place. If your looking for a new vehicle definitely head over to DCH Kay Honda. DCH Honda is the closest to our home and we really lucked out. I have been a Honda driver for over 10 years. This is one of the best Honda dealers I have been to. Eric Morgenstern made the shopping process smooth and enjoyable. He worked with us as we were on the fence between a few vehicle options. Dave Radice was also great on the finance side of things getting us to a number/deal we felt good about. I came into the dealership without an appointment and within moments of arriving and being assigned to Kat she made me feel like I was her main priority for the day! From proposing a fair offer, explaining the additional benefits associated with my financing options, and leading with a great attitude and conversation; she exuded a level of professionalism and relatability that is not always common during the car buying process. The cherry on top was working with Dave on the finance side of the process. He was kind, easy to talk to, and broke down the logistics in a way that was easy to understand. As someone with a customer service background, I understand what it means to go above and beyond and that is certainly what these two did for me.
