From proposing a fair offer, explaining the additional benefits associated with my financing options, and leading with a great attitude and conversation; she exuded a level of professionalism and relatability that is not always common during the car buying process. The cherry on top was working with Dave on the finance side of the process. He was kind, easy to talk to, and broke down the logistics in a way that was easy to understand. As someone with a customer service background, I understand what it means to go above and beyond and that is certainly what these two did for me. Madison was awesome, very polite, and willing to take the time to set us up for a few test drives eventhough we didn't get to the dealer until 7:30 and they were closing at 9.
