Leasing for the sixth time. As always DAVE RADICE was the consummate professional. He knows me for many years and anticipates my wants and needs. I was a little taken aback by the banter, and back and forth with his manager which I had never experienced before. This is my sixth lease with Honda and at this juncture should be considered VIP status. The residual value from my previous lease should have covered all cost on my new vehicle and significantly lowered my monthly payment on my new lease. I had a total of 12,000 on a 3 year lease. I’m allotted 12,000 miles per year. While I agreed and signed a contract for $269.00 per month, I feel like a better offer should have come. I know this car is an upgrade from the Fit but, I’m now paying $45 more a month for this current lease. This was never my intention and I should have reached out to James Clark for his expertise, and will the next time, he used to work for you! Always a loyal customer, Karen Knight More

See the car I'm standing next to? I would have never been in it had DCH Kay not reached out to me. I was paying way more interest than principal on a vehicle I had financed through DCH Kay, and they called to see if I wanted to look at my options. I had made steady payments to the bank for two years; my circumstances are so that continuing making payments on a financed car was actually slightly less beneficial to my credit than making a payment on a lease. I already knew about how awesome Honda Civics were and also how they have an excellent safety rating. I ended up in a sport model- my jaw dropped when I actually sat down in it! I never thought this would be possible otherwise, I would have just kept my head down and made payments on my vehicle. Tara initially reached out to me and Arnaud was the one who went out of his way to make this happen. I love working with this dealer and they are very cool with letting you mull over a decision- they don't do the "let me go talk to my boss" or try to keep you on the lot, like other dealers I've encountered have done to me. I HIGHLY recommend exploring your options here, as myself and two people I know have done. More
