Professional Salespeople very poor Used Car Sales Manager We purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Altima SL. Very sharp car in good shape. However the Used Car Sales Manager decided he wanted to drive the car We purchased a certified pre owned 2015 Altima SL. Very sharp car in good shape. However the Used Car Sales Manager decided he wanted to drive the car for himself. We attempted to see the car twice and it wasnt on the lot because he was using it as his own vehicle. Finally had a chance to test drive the vehicle. We were very interested in the vehicle and asked for a discount since the sales manager had put over 1,000 miles on the car since we identified it online. Also asked if he could stop driving it while we considered a purchase. Dave, the sales manager, met with us and basically said, he picked this car at auction, he gets to drive a car as part of his comp, and if we didnt like those facts to buy a different car. Very very poor reflection on the dealership and Luther as a whole. This was the 4th car we’ve purchased from Luther in the past 3 years and it likely will be the last. I will be filing a grievance with Luther corporate over the shoddy treatment provided by Dave, the used car sales manager. More

Business Dealing - Not Trustworthy While negotiating final price on a used car, the Pulse feature was added in and then discounted. A very shady way to present pricing. I was relatively While negotiating final price on a used car, the Pulse feature was added in and then discounted. A very shady way to present pricing. I was relatively happy with the sticker price and knew there would not be much movement, but how the numbers were presented by the Sales Manager (Dave) was silly. It was not worth debating so a I took the deal ... that said it ruined an otherwise good buying experience. I would recommend the dealership based on selection and pricing, but caution a person when it comes to negotiating a final deal. Tom was a responsive and good sales person, but the fact he played along with the charade on the Pulse feature knocks him down a notch. More

Nothing but Issues I was helped by a representative who was very helpful up until I spoke to his management. Very repulsive! I did not feel appreciated at all! They DID I was helped by a representative who was very helpful up until I spoke to his management. Very repulsive! I did not feel appreciated at all! They DID NOT value or respect me, saying to go find my "holy grail" rather than doing something genuine to help a customer. I wanted to leave the moment Dave began to speak to me. I have never been treated so childishly in such a "professional" environment judging me for my age. To them I am just another dollar without an opinion, as if this is my only obligation in my life. Exceeds Expectations KFC may do chicken right, but the folks at Luther Nissan Kia do customer service right. JP is as advertised if you read all the other reviews. The gu KFC may do chicken right, but the folks at Luther Nissan Kia do customer service right. JP is as advertised if you read all the other reviews. The guy is great—can’t say enough good things about him. He even followed up with phone call a few days later after my purchase just check in to see how things were going with the car, and then I received a hand written thank you in the mail from him. When was the last time that happened? He obviously is not a guy who takes the money and runs. A shout out to Dave Rife as well. He obviously understands what customer service is all about as well. He and JP exceeded all my expectations. I’m sorry I can’t remember the finance guy’s name (who just came back to work), but he was super easy to work with and topped off the entire experience. Go there and experience this for yourself. More
