My service advisor David Shore is honest and knowledgeable. I asked him to change the coolant and instead of just doing that he informed me it wasn’t required until 100k miles. Great service experience. I left the car at 9:00 and planned to pick it up mid afternoon. They called before 11:00 and said it was ready and everything was in great shape. The staff is so friendly and very honest about work needed on my car. I don’t hesitate to make my regular appointments with the dealer because they are comparable to other mechanics in price and I know needed on my car. Although the state safety and emissions inspections took longer than expected, I was kept informed along the way. Waiting area was confortable and well stocked. Accessability was reasonable.
