I was pretty confused as to what would best suite my needs in terms of size and price, and Dave was more than patient in answering my questions. He took so much time with me and not once put any pressure on me to make a quicker decision. He really helped me sort through all the information so that when I left, I was confident that we found the best car to meet my needs. I was nervous going in to Valley Honda because I was confused and this is a big purchase, but I left truly enjoying my experience and feeling very supported. When it came to picking the car up, Dave was kind enough to come in on his day off just to accommodate my schedule. Again, he was so very patient showing me all the technology that I wasn't familiar with. Dave is a gem, and helped to give me the best car purchasing experience of my life! (And I've had a long life!!) More

Superior new and used inventory We were considering updating from our 2010 Honda Pilot, which we had purchased new from Valley Honda. My husband had been to several dealerships check We were considering updating from our 2010 Honda Pilot, which we had purchased new from Valley Honda. My husband had been to several dealerships checking out what he had seen online. Valley Honda had a couple of possibilities on the lot...the one we were most interested in had sold before we had a chance to look at it together. Within a week, Dave Zisk contacted us to let us know there was a 2015 Pilot that had just come in that we might be interested in. We made the time to look at it and drive it. We liked the 2015 Pilot a lot, and while we weren't feeling we HAD to buy a vehicle right now, Dave was able to make a deal we couldn't walk away from. Within 2.5 hours - start to finish of the entire process - we drove the 2015 Pilot home. Professionalism and PR are tops at this car dealership. We narrowed our vehicle choice to the Honda Odyssey and wanted to purchase from a local dealership. Having looked at Honda dealership reviews, it became obvious that Valley Honda stood out heads and shoulders above the rest, with outstanding customer satisfaction experiences. Having made our choice we arrived at Valley Honda and were introduced to David Zisk our salesman. David was very engaging and most pleasant to talk with. Having listened to what we were looking for he showed us a great certified used 2015 Honda Odyssey. Color, mileage and accessories were perfect. Now David went to work to get us price, trade-in and financing to fit out budget. I am most happy with how David worked hard on our behalf. David treated us with Professionalism, courtesy, vehicle knowledge and patience.
