I was reluctant to go to a Lugoff dealership after many negative things I have heard but went anyway. I am glad I did. I got an awesome used vehicle. In the last week and a half/two weeks I have enjoyed driving my 2011 Honda Pilot. It rides nicely and no lights have come back on. They even put new tires on it for me. I was happy with the deal I got and the speed of the transaction. However, I was supposed to.get a tank of gas and some kind of roadside kit. I got neither. Nobody has reached out to me to rectify the situation. The finance lady asked me when I could come back for the stuff I was supposed to get. I live about an hour and a half away. It makes no sense for me to burn a half a tank of gas to get my free half tank of gas. I've been very disappointed in how the whole situation was handled. More
