The door handle broke on my 2026 Tundra with less than 5k miles. The part was on back order - not any parts in the U.S. with Toyota estimating 6 months to get a part; leaving me with rolling down my window miles. The whole team at performance made it their mission to find me a part. They finally found one at a dealership in Canada. Within a couple of weeks they fixed the problem. Most of my dealings are with the service department. My last visit I was asked for an assessment on the trade in value of my truck and did not receive it.
