I called him and told him I would like to go look at it we scheduled a time the following day, I looked at the Tahoe was very pleased with everything so I went through with the purchase as we were waiting for the finance dept to do their end David Baldovin was in contact with me the whole time giving me updates constantly via text since we could not go into office until it was time to sign papers due to COVID-19. Once it was time to sign papers we went in and David Barragan was our Finance manager he was very helpful and had us in and out within 15 minutes. Best dealership I have ever dealt with! More

Car was delivered to my house and the lease car was picked up. Super-efficient process given that I never stepped foot in dealer. Only sorry I wasn’t able to meet RJ Rebolloso in person to thank him. Amazing Sales Experience!! We were in looking for a Certified Pre-Owned Ford. David was amazing. We test drove the car late in the afternoon, but we had one additional car we wanted to look at before deciding. Thank goodness David had given us his cell phone because we decided to go with Sam Pack's Ford that night. We found out he was scheduled to be off the next day. But when we called him he came in the next day to get us into the Ford Escape. Talk about awesome service. I will be recommending him to my employer (we drive Fords at the service company I work for) plus anyone that will be looking for a car in the future! More
