I have spent considerable time in the restaurant industry (1983-1997) and the fitness industry (1997-2019) before coming to the auto industry in 2018. I have been at Sam Pack's Five Ford since July 2019. I can say that us receiving D Magazine's "Best Places to Work" really is a reflection upon all of the happy clients we have and the team atmosphere we have here. It makes working for this company and for Trey Russell at this store nothing short of a blessing and a truly fantastic experience which people really notice when they are here whether for the first time or for the many times they have been here! I take pride in providing each client in out store with the absolute best car buying experience possible to ensure that they want to come back to us and send other folks to us.

I had the best experience buying a car from out of state. The main reason would be the sales rep, David Baldovin. He was one of the best reps I've ever dealt with purchasing anything. My salesman was David Baldovin. He was amazing. Got me in quick and did whatever he could to help get me in the car I wanted. I came for a specific car and due to credit thought we would have to go another r quick and did whatever he could to help get me in the car I wanted. I came for a specific car and due to credit thought we would have to go another route. But David knew I came for that particular car and we got it all worked out. Highly recommend them! More

Excellent experience. Was undecided what I wanted to purchase and David Baldovin was very patient and let me drive a couple with the 4 cyl. Eco-boost and we worked through the inventory to find the one purchase and David Baldovin was very patient and let me drive a couple with the 4 cyl. Eco-boost and we worked through the inventory to find the one I wanted. Unfortunately it was on order and coming in by the end of the month. David let me know when it arrived and R.J. let me put a deposit on it so they would keep it till I could come in. David worked with me regarding discounts I qualified for. They had paperwork ready to go and Michael in Finance and Alex in After Market Items were very detailed and easy to understand. Overall a very pleasant transaction. The cookies, water and coffee are good too. The next day Kevin in service even called if I needed any help with learning about my new Edge to come in and see him. This is the second vehicle I have bought from them. Nice new facility too. More

New lease car David Baldovin was great to work with and he took the time to review all the features on my SUV. He made sure I was linked to Ford Pass. His Manager Reuben made sure I was satisfied as this is my first SUV, Ford Escape. They found the color and the light colored leather interior I was wanting. I highly recommend!! More
