Ken Vachris, our service rep for the last 20 years (OMG REALLY !!), always goes the extra mile to make certain I and my family are kept safe on the road. LOVE my new car (have had it one year); terrific for day-to-day driving, but the best part is driving long distances on the interstates (Pennsylvania Tpke. etc.) WOW ! Tremendous roadability, safe handling, power when needed: "A lot of Go and a dependable Whoa ! " Occasionally drive to dog shows. Much peace of mind knowing my dogs are SAFE in their crates when traveling with me in my Mercedes. Thank you Rallye Motors ! More

The dealership needs to train its receptionists to be more polite to customers who walk in. The first question I was asked was "do I have an appointment"? I did not and ended up buying a SUV the same evening! More
