From the day I choose my car with Dave Banco, to the service with John Ciccotelli and everyone in the service department to the day I turn in my leased vehicle only to lease another, my experience has been nothing but positive. Most people dread bringing their car for service, I never give it a second thought because Ralley always has a loaner available for me and Ralley is always professional and courteous. Thank you. More

Buyer Beware Buying a certified used E350. Salesman said "clean car, clean history, no accidents, no damage." Turns out Carfax said accident and damage. No apolog Buying a certified used E350. Salesman said "clean car, clean history, no accidents, no damage." Turns out Carfax said accident and damage. No apology,comments included "not structural damage so it's fine", "wasn't on the Carfax last week(accident 2016)." I ended up buying the car after they dropped price $600., No cloth floor mats were in car. This is day 4 leaving messages for salesman without a call back. I expected better from a Mercedes dealer. Naive me. More
