We bought a Q5 pre owned only to find the rear privacy cover was missing and the sun rook squeaked. The dealership won't replace the cover and they want $600 to modify the sun roof to stop it squeaking. W cover was missing and the sun rook squeaked. The personnel are very friendly and always call you before they make a repair. They call/text with suggestions of things that need to be done...not because they are trying to sell you more products but before they make a repair. They call/text with suggestions of things that need to be done...not because they are trying to sell you more products but because they seem genuinely concerned. I love that the mechanic takes the time to video tape your car as he walks around it and shows you tire tread, brakes, etc. Best dealership ever! More
