I had such an incredible experience working with this dealer. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. After initially b dealer. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. After initially buying a car, I realized it just wasn’t the right fit for me. I felt completely mortified and honestly pretty bad about the situation—but he handled it with so much grace and understanding. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or pressured, which meant a lot during a stressful moment. He even allowed me a few extra days to figure things out and was incredibly flexible, despite me going over the expected mileage while deciding. I ended up finding another car elsewhere, but before I moved forward, he stepped in and found me an even better deal—making the whole process seamless and saving me from having to switch loans. That level of care, patience, and integrity is rare. I’m so grateful for how he handled everything and would absolutely recommend working with him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and genuinely kind car-buying experience. More

My experience at Manly Honda was phenomenal. I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic CRV. The salesman that worked me was David Boryszewski. I have no idea how long it took because the time that I spent I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic CRV. The salesman that worked me was David Boryszewski. I have no idea how long it took because the time that I spent with him was funny, engaging, straight forward with true compassion for people and their needs as well as having insight of what I was looking for. It started off by me just "walking the lot around me" not having a clue what I was looking for. He called out to me multiple times but I was just focused on walking that I never heard anyone saying a thing to me! When he finally got my attention maybe by a touch of my elbow, we had a great laugh because I knew I was in some " kind of zone" It was hilarious to me. I only had certain perimeters I wanted to stay within. He knew that and it was a wonderful experience for me, to not want to leave and stay until the process was complete. Thank you David! In addition, Ali who worked with both us, too was very kind and beneficial in allowing me to ask questions and learn how financing works. Everything matters is all I can say and I feel so fortunate to have had this great experience with both of them. Manly Honda really does care about the person in front of them and listen to their needs and work out the best they can for us ALL. More

Used civic, sold to me with missing lug nuts and broken motor mount, this was after being "certified " by the service department. Had to pay my mechanic to find issues including the missing lug nuts. Told motor mount, this was after being "certified " by the service department. Had to pay my mechanic to find issues including the missing lug nuts. Told them i wanted to return the car because of the issues found by my mechanic, they did offer to fix the issues found by my mechanic. Took the car in for promised service, during which there was absolutely no communication with their app they want you to use to communicate with them, yet nobody responded for 3 hours trying to get an answer about my vehicle. I probably will never go back.. More
