The check engine light came on in my daughter's Accord. Out of concern for her safety, we took it to Greg May so we could have assurance she would not have problems. We authorized the most urgent and trusted Greg May to take care of my daughter's safety. Greg May completed a multipoint inspection which includes checking fluids. Trusting Greg May my daughter took her car to Dallas for a weekend trip. When exactly our greatest fear happened. The car broke down on the side of I 35. When when she opened the hood, the radiator cap was not secure allowing pressure to send all of her coolant spewing out of the radiator and then subsequently the car overheated. I called David and he argued that no one at Greg May went anywhere near the radiator and it must have been someone else. Mind you, the car had been driven daily before taking to Greg May and never a problem with the radiator cap until the service was provided and the "multipoint inspection" was done. I understand mistakes, but blatant denial is immature. I will find another place to service my vehicles because I need to trust the people with my families safety. More

I had a great experience at Honda Greg May Waco from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. He is very easy to talk to, professional, and always made sure I understood everything. He truly went above and beyond to make the process simple and hassle-free. I also want to give a big thank you to Lawrence for his help and excellent customer service. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. I also want to commend the service department for doing an excellent job handling the recall service on my Honda Accord. The process was quick, well-organized, and professionally done. They kept me informed and made everything very convenient. The rest of the staff was also amazing—friendly, patient, and easy to work with. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. This rating is not due to the customer service, but rather the diagnostic results. I reported an intermittent failure regarding the brake system light on the dashboard. I had already discovered that jump-starting the car would start the gasoline engine and clear the light (my car is a hybrid). Resolving this is critical for me because I take long trips; I’ve already had to call roadside assistance once when the car failed at a rest area. I waited two hours just for them to jump-start the battery. The day I brought the car to you, the battery test showed a failure with a reading of 10.8 volts (you can verify this in your records). A healthy battery should be at 12.6 volts, or at least not drop below 12 volts. I was told the vehicle showed no faults and everything was fine, but obviously, if the battery is at 10.8 volts, the vehicle is NOT fine. My vehicle is under warranty, and it is not right to wait for a major breakdown before fixing it; this is about preventative maintenance. I have read that this is a common issue with the 2023-2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid, and unfortunately, it is happening to mine. More
