The Service Manager needs a find another line of work. He was rude and didn't really listen to our situation. The workers and service personnel were good to deal with but Dave the service manager needs to go to personality training. Had a problem with a Chrysler Shop repair that went bad. If he represents Chrysler I think they should replace him. It will be hard to go back there for any kind of service or even to purchase a Chrysler product. More

Vehicle had no working rear lights, broke down very next day after purchase, then transmission is not shifting and they say that can’t duplicate the issue how can you not it does it constantly no matter wha day after purchase, then transmission is not shifting and they say that can’t duplicate the issue how can you not it does it constantly no matter what! Above average customer service experience, mechanical expertise and experience beyond the average dealership repair facility. Jeff Thomas & Mike Warkocz, in my opinion, are two very skilled, and extremel expertise and experience beyond the average dealership repair facility. Jeff Thomas & Mike Warkocz, in my opinion, are two very skilled, and extremely knowledgeable diesel technicians with thousands of hours of real-time repair experience between them. I would let anyone else preform any major services on my Ram 2500 Cummins. Their contribution to the dealer service department, is irreplaceable! Anytime I've had service or repairs preformed, they have both proven to be extremely meticulous, attentive to detail, and always strive for nothing short of perfection with any job they've done for me. More

In the 45 years of car ownership, I have never dealt with a more inept and less capable dealership. After misdiagnosing the problem with my vehicle, they did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, after a more inept and less capable dealership. After misdiagnosing the problem with my vehicle, they did thousands of dollars of unnecessary work, after which the problem still existed. It was unbelievable. And that was after I even suggested what might be wrong. Then, some of the work they did went bad immediately and had to be fixed, which in the end never was properly fixed and I had to take it to another dealer to have it fixed. It was easily the worst experience I've ever had with a Chrysler dealership. I heard bad things about this dealership from my neighbors but needed work done so I went there anyway. What a huge mistake. It's hard to believe they could stay in business treating their customers the way they do. I feel bad for anyone going there in the future. Good luck. More
