This is my 3rd Subaru that I have purchased. Dave listened to my concerns and suggested great vehicles and I was able to test drive them all to make sure I got the one that was going to work best for me. After my purchase, the GM approached, sat down with me, and personally thanked me and we had a small conversation. That is a first in all my car buying experiences. Dave introduced me to Tina, who would then call me in a few weeks to set up a time to go over all the features of the car, another first. Dave was able to go over the basic features of the car and paring my phone for Bluetooth and hands free. I didn’t leave with a bad taste in my mouth but with one that made me feel like a valuable customer and that they would have done everything to make sure I got what I wanted without the pressure. More
