Dave listened to my concerns and suggested great vehicles and I was able to test drive them all to make sure I got the one that was going to work best for me. After my purchase, the GM approached, sat down with me, and personally thanked me and we had a small conversation. That is a first in all my car buying experiences. Dave introduced me to Tina, who would then call me in a few weeks to set up a time to go over all the features of the car, another first. Dave was able to go over the basic features of the car and paring my phone for Bluetooth and hands free. I didn’t leave with a bad taste in my mouth but with one that made me feel like a valuable customer and that they would have done everything to make sure I got what I wanted without the pressure. More

Dealing with Dave Castillo and everyone else we interacted with at Subaru of Surprise, was like a breath of fresh air. An added difficulty was that we live about 2 hours away - so all our shopping was done remotely. Dave made is so easy for us! He located a vehicle we were having difficulty locating, sent pictures, documentation, and answered every question we asked - all by phone, text, or email. We are loving our new 2022 Subaru Outback with exactly every option I was looking for! You can trust this team! More
