I am so glad that I found Subaru Superstore. I will only ever deal with Subaru Superstore of either Chandler or Surprise. Because neither had the new vehicle I needed, I reached out to several other Subaru dealers. One dealer had huge markups and Chandler or Surprise. Because neither had the new vehicle I needed, I reached out to several other Subaru dealers. One dealer had huge markups and dealer installed items which were mandatory even though I did not want them and large deposits were required to “hold” a vehicle. Another dealer had a mix-up as to whether or not a used car was certified which ended up pitting one salesperson against another. Throughout the process of trying to find a new car, David Castillo kept in touch with me. And when a customer cancelled an order, he immediately let me know. There was never any pressure, the full price was disclosed and the markups were very few and inexpensive. He was always there to answer my questions and return phone calls. The two Superstores worked in tandem cooperating with each other, each trying to help me the customer find what I wanted. And as I learned from visiting other types of car dealers, huge markups and dealer add-ons for both new and used cars are the norm rather than the exception. So Subaru Superstore truly does stand out as an excellent place to buy a car. More

I went to Peoria Delaership earlier that day and they had sold the car I was scheduled to test drive. I called the Subaru Super of Surprise and told them what had happened and asked if they still had my Outb sold the car I was scheduled to test drive. I called the Subaru Super of Surprise and told them what had happened and asked if they still had my Outback in stock. They did. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted and got to take it for a test drive. Dave was great and easy to talk to. I had my own financing but they got their financing to match my desired monthly payment - even with purchasing the extended warranty. Dave hooked me up with 3 years ofnthe Starlink security, and 2 years of oil chamges at any Subaru Dealer in AZ. I'm so thankful it didn't work out at the first dealership - my Outback is significantly nicer with the added tint and and door/handle scratch protection. My buying experience for my first brand new car was absolutely wonderful. Thanks Dave! More

I'm going to take the time to write this review because it's totally worth it. This was a totally different experience from what I have had when I have bought a car.
