Made an appointment to get my 1 year old CX90 serviced. Waited a week to bring it in. Took a day off from work to do this. Showed up at 8:30 and discussed what I needed done. I agreed to one of there service packages recommended for a car with 15 thousand miles. Was told the car would be ready that day and could pick the car up that night. Was promised a video of an inspection to be sent to my cell phone. No video arrived. Called up at 4:30PM to find nothing had been done to the car. I came and picked it up. This was my first experience with the service department. More

I stopped into Wantagh Mazda to look at some of the models to see how I liked them and had such a wonderful experience with the staff, especially David who I had the most interaction with.
