Comfortable, Personable Experience at Wantagh Mazda! From the moment I first parked in front of Wantagh Mazda I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member (whose name I wish I knew!). Once From the moment I first parked in front of Wantagh Mazda I was greeted by a friendly and professional staff member (whose name I wish I knew!). Once inside I was kindly greeted by David. He was accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. There were no intimidation tactics used. I was allowed a generous test drive and was given ample time, attention, and information even when saying I would not be making a vehicle decision the same day of my initial visit. I visited once more, to try the CX5 instead of the 3, and my experience with David and overall was the same; comfortable and pleasant. During the span of time I was visiting other dealers and taking my time to make an informed decision, David followed up professionally twice. I was not getting 2-3 calls a day as I did with other sales representatives elsewhere. On my third visit I purchased a CX5 and the daunting financial process was lightened with good humor and fastidious service by Kenny. I am thankful for the quality of service and experience that I was given. Other dealerships could definitely take a few pages out of their book. Harsh corporate tactics and pressure to purchase on the spot did not work, and appeared desperate and unprofessional. Thank you Wantagh Mazda!! More

He went through detail by detail what I was getting. That what sealed the deal of me getting the car. They also got the title of my old car faster then I was able to get it. I would honestly recommend anyone to them. Out of using massapequa Nissan chrysler/dodge dealership in Wangtauh. This was best dealership I have been to. More

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE ! Go See DAVID CHIARI This is my 2nd CX-5. I purchased my 1st at Garden City Mazda for my wife while undergoing chemotherapy in 2017. In my opinion I was tortured by the This is my 2nd CX-5. I purchased my 1st at Garden City Mazda for my wife while undergoing chemotherapy in 2017. In my opinion I was tortured by the salesman who disappeared for an hour while allegedly asking the manager about a price for the remote start and saleswoman who tried to get me to buy some warranty package. I repeatedly told the woman no but she kept on persisting. She finally stopped when I got angry asked her what does a man dying of cancer have to do to get out of this dealership. She then broke down into tears and let me go. I left the dealership feeling disgusted, angry and like I was taken advantage of. I complained about the red paint on the car earlier this year and was ignored by the manager. My wife and I both enjoy the features and handling of the CX-5 so I decided to try Wantagh Mazda and boy I'm glad I did. I'm disabled now as a result of battling my cancers for the last 3 years, so I went to the dealership during the week. My salesman was an English gentleman named DAVID CHIARI. Instead of him wasting my time and his, he treated me like an adult, He didn't play games, get lost, or touch me trying to build a rapport and plant his thoughts The transaction was soooo smooth and painless it was like a dream come true. Wantagh Mazda was filled with happy employees and customers. My wife questioned the dealership about the red paint and her concerns were immediately addressed. The sales manager Joe Stella and service manager Gary Gavin were professional, polite, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. This is because of the superior ownership of the dealership. They are closed on Sundays because they value their employees and know the importance of traditional American family values. This translates into superior customer service on part of the sales team and service department. In closing forget the rest and save time, money and aggravation and go to Wantagh Mazda. More
