He assured me that it was not necessary to put money down, and that he would "pull the key" to ensure that the vehicle would be available for purchase after driving several hours to purchase it. Halfway on my drive to the dealership, I sent a follow up text to let them know that I would be arriving about 30 minutes earlier than anticipated. At this time, I received a call from Davie of Honda of Kenosha informing me that the vehicle was sold 5 minutes ago. I took this opportunity to speak with Mousa, who is their Sales Manager and he informed me that this is just how they conduct business and that he was sorry to hear that I was upset. It goes without saying that this is clearly not a dealership that operates in a way consistent with what one would expect from a Honda Dealership. More
