Service was GREAT, Joe Valente couldn't have been any nicer! BUT, was taken aback when Joe presented the Invoice of ~$60, for which I was very Surprised! Joe did his due-diligence and determined we boug nicer! BUT, was taken aback when Joe presented the Invoice of ~$60, for which I was very Surprised! Joe did his due-diligence and determined we bought an Ext. Warr. and NOT a Service Plan! I BLAME THIS TRAVESTY ON THE FINANCE MGR who kept us waiting for 4+ hours to sign the Final Paperwork on our new 2020 CRV-- By then, we were EXHAUSTED and just wanted to get outta there, so they MISLED US! NOT Salesman Jim Spinks fault- HE was GREAT; HOWEVER, I place the BLAME on the Bus.Mgr. SERVICE= GREAT! 👍😃😷 SALES= GREAT! 👍😃😷 SALES STRATEGY= 👎😡🤬 Hence, that's one of the reasons why I took my new business to Muller Honda in Gurnee! More

We waited over 4hrs to Close the Deal on our 2020 CRV AWD! Dunno if that was an intentional "Ploy", to get us to agree to pay MORE; but we did in fact paid ~$200 more per month than we intended! This is our THIRD HONDA purchased thru this Dealership... Next time, we WILL SHOP AROUND! More
