The reason that I would never recommend this dealership is because the owners have trained the sales people to deceive the customers to secure greater profits. I am not sure if this is a local policy or id it comes from Japan. I recently bought a used 2012 Toyota Venza and the sales person warmed the car up so that I would not hear the problem that the cold engine has in starting. It makes noise when starting cold. He also opened all 4 doors so that I would not detect the smell of dog waste. An honest dealership would not operate in this manner. I have a lot of friends in social media that would love to hear about my local car shopping experience.gomarv10@gmail.com

I bought a NEW 2021 Civic Sport sedan from a local/nearby Dealership: Muller, Honda of Gurnee! The ENTIRE Process took ONLY ~2HOURS (INCLUDING the Test Drive!), No Pressure WHATSOEVER!!! I WAS treated like a DESIRED CUSTOMER, thus HOK LOST MY FUTURE BUSINESS!!!

We were EXHAUSTED after the LENGTHY WAIT to sign the final paperwork, thus we "thought" Routine Maintenance WAS INCLUDED, but what we actually Bought was an Extended Warranty! Last Monday, I brought my wife's 2020 CRV in for an LOF, Rotation, & AutoButler service; when it was all done, I had to pay $60+ for the LOF & Rotation, which, being Disabled, I didn't plan on spending so I used my Discover Card-- IF this is the case going forward, you've given me NO GOOD REASON to continue doing my business with HOK!
