Excellent sales department I called 2 days ahead to give a sales representative info on my needs and make an appointment. I was greeted upon entry to the showroom and the sales I called 2 days ahead to give a sales representative info on my needs and make an appointment. I was greeted upon entry to the showroom and the sales representative I spoke with by phone met me in about 3 minutes. Tareq had all the information I needed and showed me only the inventory that would possibly meet my needs. We settled on a 5dr 2016 Impreza and began the negotiation process. We talked and compared figures from both sides. When we not close David Deleon came in and was able to help me. I got exactly the car I wanted at the price I could manage. There was absolutely no pressure EVER. Finally, I mentioned to Tareq that I was in a rental from the Sacramento airport and he and David volunteered to return the vehicle. This sales department has put together an awesome team designed to aid the buyer more than just make quick pressured sales. More

Their staff was very polite and accommodating and the time passed quickly and painlessly. Curtis was very knowledgeable and some of the other staff as well. Very friendly folks over there who got me a great deal on an even better car. This was my family's second time going to this dealership and we will continue to do business with them in the future. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. More

If you like being imprisoned this is the dealership for you. Went in to test drive a 2016 Legacy. Tareq was the salesman that helped me out. After test driving, told Tareq I would think about it and that I had Went in to test drive a 2016 Legacy. Tareq was the salesman that helped me out. After test driving, told Tareq I would think about it and that I had to leave to meet some people for lunch. He went to talk to his manager David Deleon. David said that he wanted to make an offer for a trade in for my old car (that as already in the process of being sold to a private buyer). Told him I could give him time for that. David came back and offered the same value that my old car was going to be sold for. Told him I couldn't trade it in since I already promised it to someone else. Told him I needed to leave to get lunch. David insisted I stay while he worked out another deal with his manager. I finally agreed to buy the car so that I could leave to get some food. At that point, I couldn't even negotiate because I was so shaking from hunger. David said it would only take another 45 min to finish the deal so I called my friends to come help me drive home the new car and my old car. They arrived and after 45 min with the Finance department I had to tell them to leave because it was taking much longer than promised. All in all, I spent over 4 hours there with no food, starving while David kept insisting that I stay every time I tried to leave. I was shaking and ready to pass out by the time I left there. And to top it all off, the car they sold me had a scratch on the bumper so I had to wait another half an hour for them to clean that up. This was the worst experience ever. It's like they kept me prisoner there, waiting so that they could take advantage of me in a weakened state. I had no issues with Tareq but David Deleon is as inconsiderate and shady as car salesmen come. If I could go back in time, I would never have walked into Elk Grove Subaru. More

Curtis was quite the opposite, and it was a most enjoyable (and informative) experience working with him. Curtis truly cares about getting the best deal for the customer. Brandon Vaughn (finance manager) is also great, and not pushy about getting you to buy an extended warranty unless it makes sense for you. I highly recommend Laher Subaru in Elk Grove! More
