I had the great opportunity to work with Teddy to purchase my new Jeep. He was so easy to work with and I never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman (sorry Teddy, it’s a stigma) and he was a g purchase my new Jeep. He was so easy to work with and I never felt like I was dealing with a car salesman (sorry Teddy, it’s a stigma) and he was a great problem solver. I would highly recommend him!! Marcus was equally knowledgeable in finance and so easy to work with. He made a great experience, better. I would also like to thank Joel, the Manager who just made it all come together. (Plus, he smells as good as Teddy’s eyelashes are long!). I have bought a lot of cars in 30 years and I’m a loyal Jeep buyer. One of the most unique parts of the experience was hearing from the Courtesy team how amazing the family who owns this dealership treats their employees. It’s refreshing to hear that the owners care because I know that extends to the customer. I am also in sales. Thank you all so much!! More

Our experience started and ended very smoothly! Matt was always quick to respond to text messages and emails even though I sent a million texts. Even when I cancelled an appointment with him at th Matt was always quick to respond to text messages and emails even though I sent a million texts. Even when I cancelled an appointment with him at the dealership he was still 100% professional. He was never pressuring and always helpful. This was one of the easiest purchases I’ve made in a while. I was never pushed in any certain direction to buy any certain type of vehicle. Matt simply let us wonder around the lot and answered all of our questions. Glad we went with a Ram and Matt was able to work it with the other dealership quickly. More

Salvador Anglada, was prompt on the home delivery of my new Grand Cherokee L, a very great display of under promising and over delivering!!
