But the nicest part of the experience was dealing with David Esau, the internet representative we contacted at the beginning of our search. He made the whole buying process comfortable from start to finish. He is a very personable, articulate young man who knows his product and knows his process. It isn’t always easy to navigate the financial requirements and the subjective wishes of the buyer, but he did that so well and always with a smile. We’ve been fortunate to have purchased many cars and this ranks as one of our best buying experiences. More

Easy process I found this car on line. When I called the dealership David said that he would have it outside and ready for our 12 noon appointment. When we got the I found this car on line. When I called the dealership David said that he would have it outside and ready for our 12 noon appointment. When we got there it went exactly as planned. After taking a test drive we were the owners of a Mazda RX7. There were a couple of minor paint scrapes which they said they would take care of, and did. Three days later we picked it up! Overall, a very good experience with David and the others at Ferman Mazda. I would definitely recommend them. More
