Omg it was amazing! Went to a dealership before and it was low energy and vibe was not good. It almost felt like that dude had no interest in truly helping me at all. Exactly the opposite wit kia seriously had everyone waiting to help at every given moment friendly conversation and light vibes and attitudes. As for the gentleman who sold me my car well it was awesome made me feel very good and confident about my big decision and literally let me test drive everything I wanted! We even went for the gt model and he did not discourage this at all and said let's do it and the rest is history! I have recommended people already cause I feel like it was a very wise decision More

I had a great experience at Mark Kia. JD was a personable,no pressure salesman. David Fattaleh was the finance director and explained everything thoroughly while possessing impeccable customer ser personable,no pressure salesman. The price out the door was actually a little less than I was willing to pay. The only downside was was that I waited over two hours for them to detail the truck before I drove it home, and it was a horrible attempt at detailing. I spent three hours the next day detailing it myself. They left soda spill residue, etc. on the leather seats. I would still recommend them to my friends as long as they don’t mind cleaning the new car themselves. More

Mark Kia and their associates will have you running around in circles. I traded in my car April of 2020. All was well in the initial closing and signing. Then I noticed that my previous car was never p around in circles. I traded in my car April of 2020. All was well in the initial closing and signing. Then I noticed that my previous car was never paid off nor was any paper work filled and completed till May 2020. I called and was told that "it was stuck in a drawer somewhere". During my closing costs and deals, I purchased a security system called Kahu. I was suppose to receive a call after purchasing in April, but since the purchase was not finalized until May, I still have not received any information regarding this subscription. Over the course of the next 5 months, I left multiple voicemails, never receiving a response, with the finance employee who sold me the subscription. In November, I obtained the number for the person who deals with Kahu sales. I called and was told it needed to just be activated and it should be good to go. But wait, it was never activated. I reached out to Kahu and scheduled an appointment to have the previous device removed and the new device installed. I get the new device installed, the technician told me I should see an email with instructions on how to activate the device. Can you guess what happens next? Never got an email. I called Kahu again and was told that the dealership needed to complete a transfer of ownership. I call the sales person who sold me the car and he told me that I needed to come in and get a new device installed. I explained that this has already been done. A couple weeks go by, I have not received a follow-up call or any information on this. As of today, I have asked either the system be activated or refunded the amount that I have paid thus far in my contract. I am completely blow away and flabbergasted by the lack of communication and zero follow up. This review is not here to discredit Kahu. They have been absolutely lovely. Kahu and any other of Mark Kia's affiliates I implore you to reevaluate and reconsider doing business with this car dealership. More
