Made me feel like I was buying a 150k BMW all day. He was always communicating the status of the vehicle as it went through inspections and got everything done before I even came in. Once I got the truck, as described, it was a work truck. I found some discrepancies and BMW not even being truck people, had such compassion and made everything right. All with Tim at the forefront. I would never have expected my truck to be taken care of like it has. They will make sure you are very satisfied with any vehicle you buy rather it be a 10k car or 100k car.
