The Genius Tech lady (Heaven) was an absolute delightful young g lady. Ash Alce is a no pressure internet sales associate. The gentleman in the office doing all paperwork preparation was very nice. While he informed us of what other warranties there are, at no time did we feel like a hard sell situation. Overall a good experience. We sold the Macan to Carmax for $4,000 more. More
