He went above and beyond the call of duty to work with us. I would definitely work with Marino in the future. While Dave from financing was following the rules for an out of town / state registration we found him to be condescending -Marino was working to ensure the process was smooth- it did not seem that way with Dave. To avoid future glitches finance should do a better job reviewing where a customer intends to register the car... and communicate to sales exactly which identification is required. When we picked it up the to tiny wasn’t exactly as we’d hoped. They immediately offered to correct it to our liking at no charge. The Genius Tech lady (Heaven) was an absolute delightful young g lady. Ash Alce is a no pressure internet sales associate. The gentleman in the office doing all paperwork preparation was very nice. While he informed us of what other warranties there are, at no time did we feel like a hard sell situation. Overall a good experience. We sold the Macan to Carmax for $4,000 more. More
