Class A Dealership I had a horrible experience at Napleton Auto in Loves Park, IL and called Hyundai on Perryville dealership crying because of the way I was treated the I had a horrible experience at Napleton Auto in Loves Park, IL and called Hyundai on Perryville dealership crying because of the way I was treated there and was seeking a dealership that could help me purchase a vehicle. I was upside down on my loan for the current vehicle I was in so I was limited as to what I could really purchase in my price range. Pat was so kind to me and I am so appreciative to her and all of the other staff at Hyundai. Though I know their jobs are to sell me a car, they went above and beyond and treated me like an individual and with respect. I wish I could have afforded and purchased the Sonata that I really truly wanted, but it just wasnt possible. I am happy with my Elantra and though Id have liked a different color, I enjoy driving it and feel that I made a very wise decision trading in my Civic. I would recommend Hyundai on Perryville to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. I hope that in 6 years when I have mine all paid off, I will be able to trade it in for EXACTLY what I want. I do not really see any other improvements that I would suggest for your dealership. Thank you so much for everything. I am so very grateful. and I will likely purchase another Hyundai. It rides so nice, the gas mileage is great, and I do love the features. I am happy I made the decision I did. More

Exceptional customer service!! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 5/15/17 with Dave Frye as my salesman. I was satisfied with the deal. On 5/22/17, my vehicle was totalled by I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 5/15/17 with Dave Frye as my salesman. I was satisfied with the deal. On 5/22/17, my vehicle was totalled by a uninsured motorist. After assistance from Dave & Jim Miller assembling and taking care of GAP insurance claim, etc., I returned to replace the dead Jeep. Dave was great in listening to my concerns, needs and most importantly, my wants. Very patient salesman. He helped me negotiate a good deal on the replacement vehicle, 2015 Jeep Cherokee, Limited. No pressure and did a great job in making sure I was satisfied with the new purchase. Still owes me a car wash. Everyone that I had dealings with was fantastic. Dave & Jim are keepers and I would strongly recommend the Anderson group to family and friends. The 5/17 purchase was the first newer vehicle purchase I have made in 10 years. More
