Great People and Great Service Department We recently bought our second Hyundai Accent. I choose to do that because the people, especially those in the service department, are so wonderful. Th We recently bought our second Hyundai Accent. I choose to do that because the people, especially those in the service department, are so wonderful. They have always been helpful whether it was for the emergency when my tire went flat after running over a bolt or by "sewing" together my fender after the car slid into an ice drift. I feel that the people at this dealership are trustworthy and that means a lot,.I would recommend the dealership to anyone. More

Not a good experience Not organized the day we went to pick up vehicle---tour of facility is stupid but required. The saleman did not tell us we needed to bring proof of i Not organized the day we went to pick up vehicle---tour of facility is stupid but required. The saleman did not tell us we needed to bring proof of insurance to be able to take the vehicle with us. When I suggested in the future that customers be told they need to bring the insurance information to the car pick up and Dave said he had told me in the text which was not true---I do not think a salesperson should argue with a customer. I work with people and I would never suggest they were wrong even if they were. What happened to the customer is right! We had an appointment for picking up the new vehicle but the finance paper was not finished----apparently someone was out sick--whatever we had the appointment for several days to pick the car up. I was not impressed at all. More

Staff gave us a tour of the facility, explained all features of the car thoroughly and even educated us on how to increase our credit. Very kid friendly place as well. Followed up with us after the purchase of the car to ensure we were happy with our purchase and all was well. More

Great experience I walked into Hyundai on a Saturday looking for a new vehicle (they did not have the specific one on the lot) and by Tuesday the following week I was I walked into Hyundai on a Saturday looking for a new vehicle (they did not have the specific one on the lot) and by Tuesday the following week I was driving away with my new 2017 Hyundai Tucson. The whole process was a breeze and the staff was very helpful/knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to someone. More
