Excellent Salesman, very knowledgeable This was my first purchase of a Toyota vehicle at Norh Park Toyota. I have been buying Toyota vehicles since 2000 from another dealer I was trading a This was my first purchase of a Toyota vehicle at Norh Park Toyota. I have been buying Toyota vehicles since 2000 from another dealer I was trading a 2011 Highlander Limited and was looking to purchase a 2018 Highlander. I was very unhappy with what another dealer was giving me as a trade in as my 2011 was in excellent condition, so I decide to try North Park so I wouldn’t have to continue driving across town. Ozzie, their salesman was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. I was very happy with the trade in and agreed on the sale that very same day. I was given a loaner so I wouldn’t put more miles on my car as the new car had to be brought from another location ( didn’t know if it was in another state or what). There was a small problem with the side molding they had ordered for me and the car was not ready for pickup when I went in to sign papers. No problem, the car was delivered to my residence the very next day by a very nice young man, Eugene Garcia, who went thru all the features in the car and even programmed my gate opener. We had problems programming my garage door as it has old equipment but that was ok. Would I buy another car from North Park, DEFINITELY. Would I recommend Ozzie DEFINITELY. The General Mgr, Merle Gothard, spent about 15 minutes speaking to me regarding many subjects, including family, San Antonio and of course his experience with Toyota. All round, a very great experience for my first buy with North Park Toyota. More
