I My wife and I went to North Park Toyota to locate a new Toyota Tacoma TRD 4x4 Off Road. When we arrived we located several trucks that fit my needs. I located the truck that I wanted in the color that I wanted (Inferno). Shortly after we drove into the parking lot David Garza came out and we talked about the Inferno Tacoma. Long story short we came to a deal that was good for me and for the dealership. When it came time to speak with the finance guy we were introduced to Luis Servin. Luis was very friendly and very professional and courteous. We left the dealership with a new Tacoma and some new friends. If you want a good deal on a Toyota go see North Park Toyota, you won't be sorry. More

We decided to go check it out Mnday before going home and went through with the purchase. However it was needing some repairs and we were told it would be ready on the weekend. My salesman finally gave us a ready date of the following Monday. He said it would be ready so myself and my husband moved our work schedules around to go pick it up. Mind you we had to drive in the day before and rent a hotel for the night being its and 8 hour drive to SA. After making arrangements we were told Saturday evening it would be ready Monday at 10am. We arrived ar 9:45am signed paperwork and were told repair was running a little behind and would be ready at 10:30am. 2 hours later (12:30) the vehicle finally arrived. It was dirty, there was some sort of glue from the windshield repair all over the hood and inside of the dash. There was trash inside and this is how the vehicle was turned over to us. Wow... We complained and were told we could get it cleaned, it would only be another 45 minutes. Ummmm hello we were already almost 3 hours behind schedule. Manager told us we could get it cleaned at home and he would cover the bill. At that point ok that's fine but we were totally bummed, waited all that time and didn't get the bubbly feeling when you shake hands and thank you, we are excited! To top it off, on our travels home, we had to be super careful as we began finding small pieces of glass all around the front if the van I'm assuming from changing out the windshield. We had also asked about the battery because when we test drove it, it jolted a bit when we started it. Our salesman told us they tested it and it was fine. So we got home last night and had it In accessory mode to link our phones. And long and behold the battery died. So now my husband is on his way to buy a new battery. Yes it's a used vehicle, but a $29,000 used vehicle, not exactly chump change. So needless to say after all the hassle of traveling over there and taking on extra expenses to get there were were totally disappointed... More

The tires must have been worn when they acquired it because our salesperson said they had replaced the tires. Today I got into the trunk to check the manufacture date of the spare since even an unused spare is unsafe if it is nine years old. When I looked at the tire, lo and behold, it was the same make and manufacture date as the other four - North Park Toyota had also replaced the spare. I call that a class act. Also our salesperson D. Robert Garza was low key and helpful. He's the kind of salesperson that brings people back to a dealer. More

Buying from other city I had a 2014 Tundra 1794 but was not a 4x4 and I wanted another 2014 Tundra 1794 4x4 and I went to my local dealers in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas a I had a 2014 Tundra 1794 but was not a 4x4 and I wanted another 2014 Tundra 1794 4x4 and I went to my local dealers in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas and they didn't want to make business with me because of the monthly payment I was looking for. Then I call the North Park Toyota in San Antonio Texas and Mr. David Garza answered my call and I explained my situation and what I was looking for. I return from San Antonio Texas as a very satisfied customer and I paid less than I expected. More

My father and I arrived at North Park at 11:30am on 1/10/14. My rating is based on the following facts: The car that I had driven from Austin to purchase was not cleaned properly, all four valve stem 1/10/14. My rating is based on the following facts: The car that I had driven from Austin to purchase was not cleaned properly, all four valve stem caps were missing, the bumper was not attached properly, and specific work, a Toyota recall, that I was told would be completed two days prior was not done. Although there is a standard $189.00 dealer prep fee, I had to specifically request that the stains in the seats be steam cleaned out. Upon inspection, I had to point out areas of the car that were not properly cleaned and the fact that the car was missing floor mats etc. It was rather frustrating that Mr. Garza was helping other clients at the same time and left my father and me sitting at his desk for long periods of time. My father commented that he was rather shocked that in the 4 hours that we were there, not a single employee introduced themselves to him when they were talking to me. This is simply speculation...but I am virtually certain that my fathers t-shirt and old blue jeans had something to do with the lack of attention he received. This is rather ironic considering that he is a medical doctor, willing to give me a ride to San Antonio on his day off, and was thinking about purchasing a new Toyota Tundra while we were there.
