We have been coming here for over 3 years, and this is the only dealership that we plan to continue this kind of customer relationship. We have bought a used Toyota from this dealership, and the experience and continued car performance has been excellent. It is easy to set appointments by phone or online. David Grieco, the service manager, provides phenomenal service that is professional and friendly. The service representatives take the time to explain the technicians’ recommendations and use language that the average person can understand, but doesn’t talk down at you. Also, Toyota of Scranton makes substantial and regular investments into the local community, which increases my satisfaction with them as a company. I love that they have a local restaurant as the cafe option; Zuppas has delicious food, and it really fits with the people-first atmosphere that I associate with this dealership.
