My wife and I had a good Idea of what we wanted in the purchase of our new car except the color. We have always had a positive experience with Scranton Toyota's service department . Our sales rep. Maxx Broden listened to what we wanted in a new Rav4 Hybrid and took the time to answer our questions, show us the different models as we decided on the color. Saying Goodbye to my trusted 06' Rav4 was not easy. Maxx introduced us to Jenna Sledzinski in the finance dept. another outstanding professional who worked with us all the way and we were very happy. Home we went happy. And when our side moldings came in Steve Feliciano in the service department took the time ask if we had any questions about the Rav4. Never know what to expect when I go here. Received and email that my oil change was due on my Rav 4. I was told no appointment was necessary and to bring my coupon book since it was complimentary. I never email that my oil change was due on my Rav 4. I was told no appointment was necessary and to bring my coupon book since it was complimentary. I never received a coupon book and when I arrived, no appointment was necessary, but my oil change wasn't due either. Tire rotation was due and it was complimentary. Service staff were nice for a change and completed in a timely fashion. More

Excelent dealership, wonderfull choices, drove RAV, VINZA, and Highlander. The first 2 were a little small for me decided to stick with highlander. Really love the 2021 rides beautiful even better than VINZA, and Highlander. The first 2 were a little small for me decided to stick with highlander. This was a follow up from service a week before. At that service the muffler was one of several repairs done. I returned because the muffler was still very noisy. They checked it out and said the muffler had been installed correctly. Ok. I still do not know why my 2007 Camry sounds noisy. More
