I want to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from a service advisor named JP Wood. After contacting customer service, they instructed me to contact the service manager, David Jurs, rega received from a service advisor named JP Wood. After contacting customer service, they instructed me to contact the service manager, David Jurs, regarding my concerns about this employee. However, I called David twice and received no response, which is very disappointing. It is frustrating when you reach out to someone who is supposed to handle complaints but does not provide any feedback. I cannot recommend this place for service advisor assistance, especially if you have to deal with JP Wood. He struggles to listen to customers and does not communicate in a professional tone over the phone. When I called the service advisor department, my call was transferred to JP Wood, who lacks patience and does not adequately explain how the warranty works on the vehicle. If you need to contact a service advisor, I urge you to reach out to someone more skilled in communicating warranty information for your vehicle. JP Wood is not an effective communicator and does not seem to understand the warranty protocol himself. More

I am not the type of person to let anyone else work on let alone drive my vehicles. I have OCD and am particular about maintenance. David, Arik, and their team did an outstanding job walking me through th let alone drive my vehicles. I have OCD and am particular about maintenance. David, Arik, and their team did an outstanding job walking me through their process, servicing my vehicle and ultimately giving me the level of service that you just don’t get anywhere else these days. I felt like they treated my truck as if it were their own. There were signs that additional care was taken when I inspected under the hood. Little things that most people don’t notice or care about. My service was more than routine- there was an invasive level of work. David stayed in constant communication and all of the work that was performed has not missed a beat since January. I am grateful to have crossed paths with this team as it is the only place I can trust. Thank you David and thank you Arik! More
