The dealership fees was astronomically expensive for items that you couldn’t negotiate or change. You walk away spending thousands of unexpected dollars in hidden fees that are non negotiable plus only items that you couldn’t negotiate or change. You walk away spending thousands of unexpected dollars in hidden fees that are non negotiable plus only a small discount on the actual deal. There is no room for negotiation or true value which is sad. The contract is also written in wording only a true car buyer would understand. It was not clear especially after being at the dealership for hours. This needs to change for consumers. You walk away feeling like how did I spend over 10K more than what I was expected to spend on the total deal not just the financing but the overall price of the vehicle. This was very disappointing. More

We made clear to David that we did not want any of the added warrantees and he assured us they were not included in the price. However, the "financial leader" added more than $7500 of additional items wh added warrantees and he assured us they were not included in the price. However, the "financial leader" added more than $7500 of additional items which we were not aware of until the following day when we reviewed the paperwork. These charges were subsequently removed, but we are told it will take 8 weeks to get our money back. This may be standard practice in the industry, but Jerry Ulm has lost us as a customer. We will not be back. More
