Great buying experience. I contacted the dealership via Sam's Club by phone and told David that my last vehicle took 3+ hours at the dealership and I did not want that again. I knew what I wanted and they had it and we came to terms quickly. I assumed I would have to bring my trade in, but we discussed over the phone and told them of my other offers and we concluded on a price. The hardest part was finding my 2007 F-150 title. David delivered my new truck and picked up my old one and I signed the paperwork. You can't get any better than that. P.S.- I live 80 miles from the dealership. More

Unlike the baby the car will not get better as time goes on so it is an endless cycle that gets more expensive as time goes by. It can be a confusing and discouraging experience. Jerry Reynolds had suggested the Sam Pack family of dealerships but we tried to deal closer to home. Ok we were wrong. We met with many dealers in our search for a new truck. We had an idea of what we wanted and were willing to pay for since we had copied a deal off the Sam Pack website. As we shopped around no one could beat it. We were told by one sales manager that it was a “stupid price” and that if we tried to get that truck we would find that it had been sold. We got in touch with David Keen at Sam Pack in Carrolton and found out that that sales manager was wrong. David is a great salesman. He is knowledgeable intuitive and a pleasure to deal with. We basically ended up with the same truck we were dealing with close to home with a better package for the same price. We would like to thank David Keen and the entire sales team at Sam Pack in Carrolton for making our 80 mile drive worth the trip. We need look no further the next time we decide to buy and we will heartily recommend Sam Pack in Carrolton and David Keen to our friends and family. Sam Pack sets the standard for excellence. I had set up an appointment with David Keen to lease a new Ford Explorer. The lease on my other Ford wasn't quite up yet but due to incentives, that vehicle was paid for with no out of pocket expenses to new Ford Explorer. This is the 3rd vehicle that I have leased from Sam Pack Ford in Carrollton and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The service is second to none, and they make you feel like part of the family. Everyone is so nice and courteous and they want to make sure that you are taken care of. David knew what I was looking for and in the end, put me in a vehicle that I absolutely love. He didn't mind walking the lot several times before I found what I was looking for and made sure my payments were where I needed them to be. This is an awesome dealership and I would recommend not only David, but the whole entire family of Sam Pack Ford. More
