Sam Pack's gave us the best car buying experience. The car buying experience is never usually a good experience; so much waiting and pressuring salespeople. However, our experience at Sam Pack's Five S The car buying experience is never usually a good experience; so much waiting and pressuring salespeople. However, our experience at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford was at the other end of the spectrum. My wife and I saw a used car we liked on cargurus.com that was at Sam Pack's Five Star Ford which is what brought us in. When we got there we went straight to the vehicle we were interested in. It was about an hour and a half from closing time on a Saturday night, so we really didn't think we'd be buying that evening, just looking. No one swooped in on us like has happened at other dealerships, so we went in where we were met by David Keen. David got the keys, and we test drove the car. He was very friendly, personable, and not pressuring at all. In fact, when we finished our test drive and said we like it, he jokingly asked another employee, "They like this car. Do you think it'd be okay to sell it?" David was great through the whole process. I can't speak highly enough about him. We needed financing so we got it in-house. The process was standard. We told them what monthly payment we wanted and they got as close as they could. They didn't do like I've seen some dealerships do and change the price but keep the monthly payment on target by lengthening the loan terms or other shady tactics. Everything we agreed upon up front (vehicle price, trade-in offer, etc.) was exactly what was on the contract when we got to the finance guy in the back, Michael. He was great too. He was friendly and quick as well. When we were through in financing and went back up front, the car we bought was mostly ready. I say mostly ready because it wasn't washed and still had sticker residue on the windshield. Since it was so late on a Saturday, the wash was closed, but David told us to return when we could and they would run it through the wash and get it completely clean for us. He did make sure it had a full tank of gas, though. David even helped us move some cargo we had from our trade to our new car. When it was all said and done, it was about 30 minutes past closing. If David was at all ready to go it didn't show. He was very patient and helpful. Obviously, we were very pleased with our transaction at Sam Pack's. As long as they continue to treat people the way we were treated, we will be returning customers. More

An excellent dealership When I found out I was the one who won a Ford Fusion Hybrid at the Dec 21 Cowboys I couldn't believe it. I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrol When I found out I was the one who won a Ford Fusion Hybrid at the Dec 21 Cowboys I couldn't believe it. I went to Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Carrollton to pick up the car and everyone there was really nice. David Keen showed me how to use of the features in the car including the lights, different menu screens and any other questions I had. He then introduced me to Richard Ferguson who showed me how to do the ford website. The whole experience was a dream. Thanks for the excellent service. Kimberly W. More

David Keen was the Best I had purchased a truck from David a couple of years ago, he was a fantastic. I found a truck on line, so I went to see David. He found the truck and went for a ride, decided I want to purchase. He made all the arrangements and I was on my way in a very short time. He did a follow up call the next day to make sure I was still happy with the purchase. David will find or do whatever is necessary to find the vehicle you want. Michael in finance was also great. He had me in and out in 10 minutes, the quickest time in a finance office ever. More

Love my Fords and 5Star!!!!!!!! He helps me with picking out the right vehicle for me, not him, in a way that is low-pressure and truly helpful. I was in a time crunch and he got me through finance, with the help of Michael, in record time -- less that 15 minutes. Unheard of. By the way, Clay is the best service person I've ever worked with and will not hesitate to bring my new F150 Raptor to him for maintenance and repairs. More
