I had to bring my 2016 Dodge EcoDiesel in for a fuel pump
recall. Unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t great. The vehicle was at the dealership for a full week, and we never received a call letting us

When we finally got the truck back, we noticed the heat cover for the fuel pump was missing, along with a front trim piece. We reached out to the service department to ask if anyone had seen them or why they weren’t reinstalled, but nobody had any answers.
Because of these issues and the lack of communication, I can’t honestly give Palmer Dodge a positive review based on this visit.

I gave it 5 stars because the advisors were friendly.
However, I wanted my tires rotated and added the service online. It didn't get done and it was close to closing so I didn't make a big deal about it.
