Really Took Care of Us I went looking to buy a specific vehicle and had Adam Mitchell from sales meet us and help us complete the purchase. When a problem was found within a I went looking to buy a specific vehicle and had Adam Mitchell from sales meet us and help us complete the purchase. When a problem was found within an hour, Adam contacted service and the manager and my GMC Acadia Denali was back in for service and fixed. Adam really went out of his way the entire time before I was approved to help us with the vehicle and to be comfortable while waiting. Emily and David and another man that also mans the desks at the service entrance were all really amazing the whole time as well, great customer service all around. I even took them a cake at the end of the entire thing because they were just so awesome and made an impression on me. More

service department falls short I have taken my car back for the same problem (4 separate big problems) 3 times or more for each and it takes that many times to get satisfaction. Af I have taken my car back for the same problem (4 separate big problems) 3 times or more for each and it takes that many times to get satisfaction. After they replaced my engine (4 months wait) they still (8 months later) do not know why my MPG's are so much worse and can't help. I suggested that maybe there was an exhaust leak at an engine connection as it sounds very loud compared to before and their scientific experiment was to start my car, start one of their new ones, and then tell me that my car was quieter than a new one from what they heard (no equipment or sound monitoring devices were used in this process). I have been waiting for 6 weeks to hear back from the manager and honestly, even IF he is waiting to hear from Hyundai before contacting me with an answer, he could still call me and let me know that. I have called and online chatted and I do not hear back. Their communication skills are non existant unless they are waiting for you to bring their loaner car back! Emily and David tried to help at least, but I cannot give credit to anyone else there and I don't even know the person's name that is supposed to call me back as no one has told me the manager's name. More
