A breathe of fresh air. After having such a horrible experience the night before at a Kia dealership in Irving (don't come see Clay!!!) we were so blessed to come across Lew After having such a horrible experience the night before at a Kia dealership in Irving (don't come see Clay!!!) we were so blessed to come across Lewisville Volkswagen. Cannon, Jafri, and John were all stellar in their roles in putting us in a 2024 Atlas with 4 miles on the odometer. Such a better product and the whole experience and process was amazing in contrast to our experience less than 24 hours earlier. Pre-approval went smoothly, test drive, financing... if i could rate this 10 stars I would give them 11. Thank you so much. You have restored our confidence that there are actually reputable and honest and transparent dealerships left in our country. Thanks again for the awesome car ! More

Excellent experience with my sales professional, Finance manager and documentation specialist. The time spent at the dealership was reasonable and not excessive. I visited Hendricks prior to driving over to Lewisville and although Hendricks had the vehicle I wanted the reception and interest in earning my business was non existent! I was never greeted, while sales agents were sitting around. However, When I walked into Lewisville, I was immediately greeted at the door and offered water!! I have leased 3 vehicles from Lewisville and I will return and highly recommend the dealership. Thank you More

I only would buy another vehicle from Lewisville Volkswagen if the vehicle was New or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and the price was significantly better than any other VW dealership that I shopped. L Volkswagen if the vehicle was New or Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) and the price was significantly better than any other VW dealership that I shopped. Lewisville VW's customer service is terrible, arguably the worst that I've experienced in over 30 years of buying new and used cars. Management has been non-responsive and dismissive after the sale was completed. They are only engaged until the deal closes. The sales process was typical - nothing noteworthy - neither excellent nor poor. Same goes for delivery (at the dealership - not home delivery). The paperwork process was slower than expected and was bordering on unacceptable. Our salesperson did not take the time to review how to use the vehicle's features and he did not offer to connect our phones, which was unacceptable. We were frustrated that we were not provided with the CPO documentation at delivery. (According to VW's website, we were supposed to receive the completed Certified Vehicle and Inspection Report, CarFax Report and CPO Warranty Manual.) It took several emails to the dealership and a call to VW Customer Care to finally receive all of the CPO documentation. The biggest problem, and the primary reason for the one-star rating, is the dealership's handling of a post-sale concern. Shortly after getting the vehicle home and seeing it under artificial lights, we discovered mild hail damage on the hood despite the Certified Vehicle and Inspection Report stating that the vehicle's body panels were free from visible damage. When I raised this concern to dealership management in person at the dealership, they were dismissive. The manager implied that the car incurred hail damage after we took delivery, despite there being no reported hail in the area since we took delivery. The manager condescendingly told me that because I signed an "As-Is" form, it was my problem not the dealership's. At worst, the Certified Vehicle and Inspection Report should not have indicated the body panels were free from damage, and the dealership should have disclosed the hail damage prior to the sale. At best, the dealership should have acknowledged my concern and had the hood fixed using paintless dent repair at its cost. But none of that happened. The dealership has literally done nothing. I followed up on my in-person discussion on the hail issue with several emails giving management an opportunity to "make it right" and the dealership has completely ignored me. I have gotten no response. The emails have been ignored. I consider myself a reasonable person and, in retrospect, I recognize that I should have looked at the vehicle's body panels more closely before taking delivery despite the CPO certification. At this point, however, I simply would like to engage with dealership management to find a mutually acceptable way to address my concern, but management clearly is not willing to do that when they completely ignore all of my emails. If customer service and service after the sale is important to you, I suggest you avoid Lewisville Volkswagen. More
