He was friendly, knowledgeable,very hospitable, and professional. I looked at a car the day before. I told him I needed to think about it and I would get back to him tomorrow. The next day I called back to negotiate a deal; unfortunately, they had just taken a deposit on the vehicle I was calling about. Jeff knew I was disappointed but said he would keep an eye open for a similar car. The next day Jeff called and said the deal fell though due to a health issue the person who put the deposit on the car. He asked if I was still interested and could come in. It was around 6pm and I live about an hour and a half from the dealership. I told him I could be there tomorrow when they open. Even though it was Jeff's day off, he met me at the dealership the next morning. We negotiated a deal and I bought the car that day. More
